NOTICE OF SPECIAL CALLED BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF THE PEARL & LEAF RIVERS RAILS TO TRAIL RECREATIONAL DISTRICT

 

A special called meeting of the Board of Directors of the Pearl & Leaf Rivers Rails-to-Trails Recreational District will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2005 at 10:00am in the Longleaf Room in the Gateway at Southern Miss Building located at 2895 West 4^th St. for the following purposes:

1. conduct the ordinary pending business of the District

2. amend and approve the final annual budget for FY 2004-2005

3. approve the annual budget for FY 2005-2006

4. receive bids/quotes at 11:00am for the removal of debris from the Longleaf Trace.

 

This meeting is called by the undersigned in keeping with the authority granted by the Board of Directors in a telephone poll dated September 7, 2005.
